Video: How Can the Redwoods Manage Low Moisture?

These two Redwoods at Muir Woods National Monument in Marin County, California (just north of San Francisco) are facing possible drought again this year.

They are representative of all of the Redwoods at that park and elsewhere in California.

I asked them "What will you do as less moisture comes in?" They said: "You've opened up the circulation flow within us..."

In my communications with them, we found a way for them to compensate for low moisture this year.
