VIDEO: Time to Transplant the Baby Trees. What to do?

It's time to transplant these Oak and Maple saplings.

We do follow recommended conventional practices, such as amending the soil.

In addition to that, the other important thing is to ask them to pull their root-energy in prior to the transplant, then move the tree, then release their energy afterward into the new spot.

We also ask the trees where they want to live... and they tell us.

The flags indicate where the trees are; they're a little hard to see in early springtime without leaves. But this is the best time to do the transplant.
